I constantly feel overwhelmed with all the daily chores I find it easy to nuke some chicken nuggets or a hot dog instead of taking the time to prepare homecooked meals everyday. <BR> Also, my boys are very picky so it's always easier to just eat what they are having instead of making something seperate. The first one I pushed a single stroller with the baby in it. <BR> The second one I wore the baby. <BR> I definitely get more of a workout when I'm wearing Jacob. I have a friend who sells it. It's a shake mix that tastes kind of like cake batter (not quite as sweet as one would think.) You mix it in with milk (cow's, rice, soy, hemp--whatever floats your boat). The friend who sells it has lost 52 pounds since January (her current comparison photo shows her from 212 to 163...it's an incredible difference!)
