And how would you make it more realistic? <BR> <BR> For instance, I used to speed-walk before work and during breaks for a total of anywhere between 9 and 12 miles per day, plus some kind of harder cardio like stationary cycling, Zumba, or running for at least an hour each - frequently longer. Plus there were days when I went to lift weights, and to "warm up" I'd run for 10 minutes on the treadmill addition to all the other usual cardio I would do during the day. <BR> <BR> ... I started this team because I became a compulsive exerciser in recent months, and I thought it might be nice to have a place where anyone else in my situation could come and get some support.
