I'm coming up on my first weekend since I started logging my food. I was thinking about this today and in a way....I feel very cheated. It's a weekend...suppose to full of fun and enjoyment and I feel deflated that I have to log my calories. I feel cheated that I have to abstain from things when I see other skinny women eating whatever they want. Does anyone feel like that? I am partially motivated to re-join the healthy world. I may not look like I am turning 50 but I sure as heck feel like it. <BR> <BR> My goal is to lose 50 by 50.
