I haven't really been able to get a good strength training routine going yet since I started this journey with spark people (in August). I use 3 different dvd's to get a full body strength training workout (one for legs, one for arms and one total body), and it feels uneven and incomplete. I know I will get a good strength training workout with Pump though. My arms have more definition and I am a hare's breath from being able to complete the chest workout with 15#, without a break! I have increased the weight for the squats from 10# to 17.5#. On the ab section, I went from using a 5 to a 10 pound weight, and I'm very close to increasing the weight on the back segment from 15# to 17.5. Still getting used to using the barbell, but I'm finding this to be a very effective workout. The rep effect must really work because my arms and legs are definitely feeling the burn by the end of each of the segments. This was a perfect workout program to choose after doing Chalean Extreme. I feel as though I've progressed to a new level--much more intense. I think I'm gonna do the ab work from some of my other workouts until I get strong enough to get through ...
