I have issues getting up and moving during the day. My grandchildren tend to keep me inactive esp the baby. But I am trying everyday to at least go up and down the stairs to get some sort of movement and to walk the dogs. My other challenge is I get lazy with watching what I am eating. I need to get on top of that again.
