As for me, not bad physically--I'm almost ten pounds down, and I'm working on setting up a regular daily schedule and getting a good amount of sleep. <BR> <BR> The emotional part is harder. always afraid to get angry. And it's so hard to do. Or do you just make your own plan, or follow one from a book? What exercises do you actually do?
