Sun, 11 Nov 2012 16:16:10 EST How did you get started I am trying to get into the life style change of the Somersize eating... however I can't seem to just make a meal plan, and I can't figure it all out. I have a tenancy to over complicate things so I may be doing just that. Do you have any helpful hints for getting started and what has worked best for you? Mon, 23 Jul 2012 09:22:32 EST Somersize on a budget?? I am having a really hard time sticking to a strict budget while somersizing and finding meals that are something my boyfriend would also like to eat. Does anyone have any advice or suggestions? I am semi-vegetarian, so I don't eat red meats but I do eat some turkey and chicken. Sun, 15 Jul 2012 20:28:27 EST Somersizing while cooking for your family I have a dear friend that has complained for years about having to cook three different meals for dinner when she is dieting. What I have wanted to say to her over the years is that it wouldn't be a diet if you didn't have to sacrifice something, but like I said she is a dear friend so instead I just sit and listen and try to suggest ways to fix the problem.

Do you struggle with this problem? Well, if you do, hopefully I can help.

First of all, if you have small child... Tue, 22 May 2012 15:27:47 EST Thank you for starting this team! I just received Suzanne's Sexyforever book and cannot wait to dive into it. I think she is just fabulous with such a wealth of knowledge on being healthy and fit. I often have to remind myself that hormones are at play (not playing nice, mind you) and Suzanne understands this like no one else. I just started the detoxing today -- I was doing really well, but let my addiction to sugar take over. Oh lord can you tell the difference once you start eating right. Anyway, so happy to be on this... Mon, 6 Feb 2012 13:45:31 EST Drinks This will cover drinks. Mon, 30 Jan 2012 15:38:25 EST Sauces & Salad Dressings I am too busy to put together complicated sauces and salad dressing, but I find the legal store-bought ones to be limited. So I'm going to set up this thred for everyone to post their store-bought legal brands as well as favorite recipes. Fri, 27 Jan 2012 22:53:38 EST The Deal With Dairy Dairy has been incredibly confusing for me since we're not supposed to have whole milk, yet the ingredienst on lot of so-called "legal" dairy products says "milk." Below is a helpful article I got from a forum thread at this link:

23/dairy-explained-for-those-needing-e
xplainations/#post3

Dairy Explained

YOGURT
Only plain, fat-fatfree, sugar-free yogurt is level 1 and it is a carb. Wed, 25 Jan 2012 16:12:30 EST Somersize Rules & Tips I'm new to the Somersizing diet, but have been pleased with the results.

I'm going to post rules as I can find them, including clarifications. The food list doesn't seem to be as straightforward as I'd like. So when I can find more info on what is legal and what is not, I'll try to post it.
