But when I started to practice, it was more difficult than I thought. I had to take frequent breaks, pause the video, and count the steps because I wanted to get the right amount in. Due to my current fitness level this may be a challenge for me, but you know what I'm doing it anyway! I am out of breath, but I am proud of myself, because I rem... One month ago I was happy about having lost 8 pounds for my wedding. Now, not only have I gained again those 8 pounds but added 6 more. Why, you ask me? well, as for sure many of you have experienced, I am a victim of Yo-yo dieting. I find myself avoiding some foods and exercising regularly during a couple of months and, as soon as I see results, instead of keeping up the good work I go back to my old habits and even indulge into some serious Binge eating. It is not until I ... Tue, 14 May 2013 15:03:03 EST Keeping it going ... Anyone else continuing with these videos, even once the Challenge has been met?
I love these little videos. I tack one on at the end of my 30+ minute cardio 4 days per week, before work. It is just enough to do SOMETHING, but not overwhelming. Then I try to use the weight machines at the gym on my 2 days off. I feel much stronger, and notice some muscle definition that has been lacking in years past.

This has been a great challenge for me! Thanks Coach Nicole!
