Fri, 23 Dec 2011 07:26:20 EST Breakfast into I have always been a good breakfast eater - a good eater in general ! If so, what's your favorite go-to start once the weather turns cold? Mon, 12 Dec 2011 13:50:24 EST What is a healthy breakfast? Everyone's definition of a healthy breakfast varies, so I was wondering what the consensus was for this club. I usually figure I'm doing pretty good if my breakfast doesn't include a pastry or other type of dessert item. I figure I'm doing better if I keep the calorie count below 500, the fat minimal, the protein about 15-20% of my daily range, and a good dose of fiber.

So what do you consider a healthy breakfast?
