I have lost 75 pounds in the last one and a half years. I have gone from a high of 264 to a low of 189. I was told to eat more and I have. I have struggled with my weight for the last decade, and am ready to be healthier and happier. I had a job change in May of 2014, and going from being very active at work to being very sedentary, I've gained almost 50 lbs since then. My parents and brother are all overweight as well, and my boyfriend has two young children that we have half the time.
