I have never been active, but now want to utilize all that it offers. I have 120 pounds to lose and honestly feel very overwhelmed by it all. I had tried taking cheap pills from dollar tree then I tried taking the pseudophed that you have to buy from the pharmacy and sign for and those didn't work, so I finally gave in and went to the doctor. I had been doing some exercises and even helped my brother move out of his apartment on Sunday all while I was doing so I was coughing up stuff like crazy and lo... I exercise 15-20 minutes per day on a stationery bike. I eat several small meals a day with usually one big meal in the evening. I don't eat sugar or chocolate. I use stevia and splenda.
