I suffer with arhtritis and depression. I love healthy foods but also crave junk foods. Haven't met many foods I don't like. I gained 10 pounds over the winter months eating what my kids eat and staying inside during bad weather. Quite the bummer as I had been the same weight for almost ten years and was not satisfied but comfortable with it.
