I wear a pedometer, but rarely get to 10,000 steps. my average is about 5,000. my additional problem is I will be leaving on a 3 month road trip so meals will be a problem. I'm finding it's affecting my system in a pretty bad way. I just went 3 days without going to the bathroom and realized yesterday it was more likely than not the lack of fat in my diet.
