I am about to start the anti inflammatory diet. <BR> I have been on Spark for a long time but this inflammation thing is new to me. The movie is encouraging people to eat more fruits and vegetables...a more plant based diet and less dairy, meat, fats, and sugars and refined carbs.. I think we would all be healthier if we increased our fruits and vegetables.
