So i have been eating healthy and exercising for about a month. This past week and a half i have not done much in terms of losing weight. I am starting to get discouraged because i eat right, most of the time. I also work out alllll the time. I just cant seem to get past 164! Anyone have any suggestions that could help? When he comes back, however, I am on the phone always talking to him (he is stationed in another state at the moment) and I find myself without as much time to cook right or exercise.
