I know my weight has a lot to do with it but in my mind (as a former athlete) I want to keep up as much as possible. I have the jump mat now & I'm using the RICE method after my workouts but the next morning I'm feeling it again. Any tips on how to alleviate this? FYI--I'm paying attention to my stance when squatting. Thu, 12 Dec 2013 14:44:43 EST Hello http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/team_messageboard_thread.asp?board=-1x52562x55416222 My name is Christal. Sometimes it's hard to "eat clean" all the time, but we learned some things ! We can always make healthy choices that help get us through this workout and give our bodies better nutrition. We can choose a banana instead of banana pancakes, choose water instead of soda, choose agave nectar instead of sugar, choose whole wheat instead of white bread... and a world of other choices. Our goal is to do this 6 days out of 7. Check the box on your goal ... Sun, 1 Sep 2013 08:37:55 EST Gone INSANE today?
