I want to be in great health and physically fit. I have gone through a divorce fairly recently and have a new wonderful man in my life. I also have my first grandchild on the way. I want to be fit and healthy so that I can live a long, happy, fun filled life together with the people that I love. This is a goal for my new beginning! Thu, 8 Sep 2011 15:06:54 EST Having trouble eating enough carbs I've been tracking my food and can't seem to figure out how to get enough carbs in for the day. It will take a ton more vegetables (I'm already eating 7-8 per day) or fruit for me to get it where it needs to go. Even throwing a potato in where I wasn't really planning for it isn't helping. Any suggestions out there? <BR> Thanks. Thu, 8 Sep 2011 14:36:23 EST fatcatlimon My name is Chris Pfost of Limon Colorado. I will be turning 40 next month and start a new job later this month.
