It got me thinking that I am probably not the only one. I am at the point where I am ready to be done. Am I the only one. I learned an important lesson in the training for this marathon, when I traini for my <BR> next marathon i will not start so early and as intense. I also need a running buddy next time because I have trained completely on my own and I think that has hurt me. <BR> <BR> how is everyone else doin... Dont beat yourself up if you miss a workout or two or youo need to slow down due to the heat. I have noticed gains in my speed and endurance plus it has helped me loose a few extra pounds.
