At every meal try to have plants and protein. I don't always manage this, but it has definitely stuck with me. She said that if you have to open a cabinet to get your snack, then it's not good for you. She's a big proponent of fresh (not processed) foods, so if it's in the fridge it's probably better for you than if it's in a box or can. I'm sure that there are e...
