If so what? http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/team_messageboard_thread.asp?board=20084x51325x42160676 What training programme are you using, their are so many out there, I use a mish mash of C25K, the virtual 5k programme and a programme for beginners on a UK site called The Running Bug. <BR> <BR> At the moment I try for one just over 5k run a week, one 12min treadmill run with serious intervals and a 40 min run of mixture of running and walking.
