Last night I was awake most of the night ruminating over things I cannot change. Why?????? I'm sure I'd make a gazillion $$ if I could answer that question. I've tried all the "tried and true" methods to destress to no avail. I think I would literally have to run a marathon everyday to be able to sleep. Right now I burn an average of 500 calories a day just in exercise. My body is handling it OK, but not great. In fact this last week I had to ... Tue, 19 Feb 2013 08:30:56 EST SparkAmerica? There are a couple of issues I have been fretting about and I just fell apart on the healthy eating front, stopped tracking and just stuffed myself - and none of it healthy. Fri, 15 Feb 2013 09:24:47 EST INSPIRED BY INDYGIRL I'm joining your team, Indygirl, because your blogs seem to hit me right in the heart, every time. I appreciate your self honesty. I have that myself - although I don't let it out into the light all that often. I've lost about 15 pounds (haven't weighed lately) since starting sparkpeople, and I have to say that a lot of it is because of your blogs. I'll be shopping at the store, or staring in my refrigerator, and something you'd said, some turn of phrase, pops into my mind. I find myself...
