I survived the two 8+ hour surgeries. I've had some ups and some downs. I've been in the hospital, out of the hospital for 24 hours then right back in the hospital with worse, horrible symptoms. As I am losing weight, does SP automatically change my calorie/carb and other nutrition goals? Right now, it shows I should get between 1200-1550 calories a day. I just joined Spark People and am learing my way around I never had a weight problem until my late 30s early 40s when I gained 30 lbs. I was able to lose it using an early plan of Weight Watchers. In my late 40s I had a series of lifte events happen to me and the way I coped was to eat. The problem was that I did not stop when I gained 30 lbs. this time.
