I did the first week, then my children misplaced my DVD so I didnt do it for two weeks but I am happy to say I have now located it and am eager to start back up this week! I have been a "member" of sparkpeople for awhile but have just in the last three days been counting my calories after a long hiatus from watching what I ate. I gained 20 pounds!!! I bought this at the beginning of summer but just now am starting. I've been out of a workout habit due to a knee injury @ beginning of the summer - which is due to chronic knee problems. I am curious how others have begun. Did you follow the guide? Add Cardio? Do a workout every day? What results as you seen? How many days per week are you supposed to do these videos?
