It was a short week that felt overly long and arduous. Still, exercise-wise, it has been a great week. Today was the fourth day that I walked on the track. I woke up a bit late again, but made time to do Day 4's workout. I do like those resistance band workouts. I also love the fact that I am improving on my pushups! I am coming closer and closer to the floor every time I do this workout.
