My name is Anne, I'm 27, and am looking to regain control of my life. I am happily married and have 2 cats. My goal is to lose about 25-30lbs before Christmas. Mon, 27 Jun 2011 09:41:42 EST hello :) Hi everyone,

I finally decided to make a sustained difference to my lifestyle the other day when I bought home a dress that ended up being too small for me. Rather than returning it, I've decided to embrace this rather depressing situation and to hang up the dress as one of my many visual motivators to lose weight, and generally be fit. It's ridiculous how much something as small as weight can hinder your general confidence, and I want to live more freely and healthily. I'm quite ...
