Mon, 5 Mar 2012 09:28:54 EST Back Again After a "hiatus" of a few months, I'm back and ready to get refocussed and re-energized. I've realized the last few weeks that I just don't feel as good as I did a few months ago. And, when I stepped on the scale this morning, I've put back on about 12 of the 56 lbs I had lost. Well, it's time to nip this in the bud, and get back on track. And I'm starting now. Not tomorrow. Not next week. Now. Sun, 19 Feb 2012 09:24:15 EST I'm back after my booktour and health challenges I can't believe it's been so long since I joined. I have more lor less stayed the same. I'm up now and want to end the upward spiral. Check out my page and friend me.
