Will you make any changes to your "lifestyle" next year? <BR> <BR> I could have done more this year, but I think that I learned a lot. This year was a lot of learning what didn't work for me and what my weaknesses are. I am a procrastinator. I need to work out asap. My husband took the shot and my son didn't. With extreme cold you have the possibility of warming up, but with extreme heat you are only getting hotter. <BR> <BR> Does that make sense? I was fine for about four hours but then I got antsy. I was ready to reconnect. I didn't miss TV as much as I expected <BR> <BR> I didn't realize how much I use the internet. Needless to say, I used it for about a week, then stopped because my back hurt from using it. It collected dust for years until I finally donated it to Goodwill. I couldn't bear to throw it away, I hope someone was able to use it. I broke my ankle bone 15 years ago, two small toe bones 10 years ago and yesterday I broke my big toe. <BR> <BR> My sofa has been in the same spot for 10 years but I still managed to walk into it. <BR> <BR> I heard the bone break but didn't feel the pain immediately and was inspecting the sofa because I thought that I had broken it. Are you on track to reach your goal(s)? <BR> <BR> My original goal for the year was to lose at least half of the total amount of weight that I need to lose. I haven't reach that goal. In fact, I've decided that I just want to be more active and eat better. My hair also seems healthier. <BR> <BR> I wish that I could say that my attitude about exercise has changed, but it hasn't. I still dread exercising. Today I didn't get a chance to exercise or eat the way I wanted to. I spent most of my day in the car and in meetings that I had no intention of attending. I feel unbalanced.
