I've also used frozen blueberries, which makes it a pretty purple! I work 3 long days (10 hours) and on 2 of those days, I go for 2 brisk 15 minute walks with coworkers, so that's my exercise on those days. I take one of my work days off from this...and the 4 days I'm home, I do the Jillian Michaels DVD, which really has made a difference in my body.
