Someone who hasn't read a lot of the theory behind the healthiness ( a word?) of the plant-strong lifestyle. It brings together the publishings of many learned vegan proponents. It isn't really a plan in that it doesn't set out what you must eat day-to-day, but it does give you alot of pointers on dining out and stocking your fridge. This one is a keeper.
