I am new to this Vi shake stuff, and I have had probably 6-8 shakes and I am not full after drinking one, even if I have over 20 grams of protein in the shake. Yesterday I had my shake with milk, a banana and peanut butter - 23 grams of protein and I was hungry. I was drinking water like crazy trying to offset it and nothing helped. I finally left my office and found a cup of coffee and talked to co-workers for a bit. Today I'm trying it with a banana and greek yogurt to see if that helps....
