It tells me how active I am, how many steps I've taken,how many calories I should eat based on my physical activity. It syncs real well with Sp. The only downsize is if you sync foos to fitbit from Sp, it sends everything over again so u have to go in and delete stuff. I am eating more than I should but I'm getting better.
