Sun, 4 May 2008 17:45:46 EST Clocking my actual exercise One thing about the food service business is that you're very rarely stationary. Or at least, I'm not. I run around bringing boxes up front, catch pizzas, help clean up, carry dough and boxes filled with sauces...plenty of cardio if I do it right. Maybe a little strength training there, too. The trouble is, how exactly would I go about calculating that? Or should I just stick with tracking the non-job related exercises I do? What really winds up happening is that I grab a slice or two of pizza, head to where I'll be eating it, I MIGHT get to take a bite, and then the phone will ring.
