I was doing so good before, lots of energy and never hungry. I haven't changed my carbs. I've been trying to eat more fat to help with the hunger but it only helps for a while. And this sleepiness is terrible. Plus I've been headachey. I'm not sure what to do or why this would happen a month into my diet. It feels like keto flu but I don't get why I'm getting it now....
