I have started new meds to get my head right, but I am having a tough time and I feel like I have no support. I have been having night mares and they are not letting me sleep even with medications. Fri, 31 Dec 2010 02:24:28 EST new manual treadmill i got my treadmill today, wooohooo. i am stoked girls. starting tomorrow or maybe the new year i am going to war with my body. today was a better eating day. i did try the treadmill and being that it is manual it is more resistance on my legs, it felt like i was doing lunges. i have a big red ball to balance my back and do sit ups and arm weights while balancing the ball so that every part of my body will be getting a work our with my regime. man why does all this seem like it has be hard to ...
