Friday I went to see mom and dad and that was hard as usual but I try not to dwell on it. I just had a new baby in August and gained way too much weight with the pregnancy. All week long I've been eating healthy, tracking my food, and doing some serious exercising (which is no small feat since I'm chasing around 2 little ones). Anyway I thought that I would see at least a little drop in the scale but instead I gained 3 lbs. How in the heck does that happen and what am I doing wrong?! Does anyone have any suggestions?
