There is an optimum pace that will get the distance ran the cheapest. A slower pace is not necessarily the best use of oxygen, in fact your metabolic rate slows down. <BR> Any comments? I need to fall back to my regular schedule of running/walking/jogging/wogging every other day. It is how I have learned to train and stay healthy. I have managed to get in 15 miles within 3 days, but today I have had to take a break.
