I'm going to admit to start with that the 17 Day Diet isn't my only program. I adapt and modify my diet where needed. The only store in my area that has anything remotely close is Lactaid cottage cheese. I then eat a probiotic pill with it. The soy and almond yogurt just do not have enough protein or probiotics. <BR> <BR> Unable to eat any sauerkraut or kimchi..... i cant stomach it. I wondered if those who have been successful on this diet could share what they eat during the day. Just a week's worth of your daily meals would be really helpful. And amount you ate at each meal.
