But that move helped me jump start a healthier life eating better and less in small meals throughout the day walking between a mile to two miles 3 to 4 times a week the weight seemed to melt off. I mean I went from 500 +/- I wasnt sure because no scale around would weigh me to 446 from the scale at the corner drug store in just a few months hen i was at 430 425 419 414. ... It just sneaks back on when I'm not paying attention. Went from "This isn't too bad" to just ignoring the effect several bad habits were having—cheese and wine. Those are my monsters. And cookies.
