Tue, 8 Mar 2011 21:34:57 EST i am new here new to this site, and their is so much going on, well i am zoeyanme i am 54 yr old i don"t have a problem with exercise, for i really enjoy exercising and riding my road bike, my problem is drinking wine. so my goal is to cut out the wine and try to drink 8 glasses of water a day and so far 3 days without wine but i am working on the water,i am trying to lose this last 15 lbs that i just can't seam to shake. Well, in addition to my blood pressure being a bit higher than normal (I have been on meds since teen years), the LDL is very high and the glucose reading was also higher than it has ever been.
