Went to doctor last week and after changing what I was eating and drinking I weighed in at 263. Lots of water, fruit, and no soda have made a difference. Doctor took blood for blood work and going to check thyroid for some problems. Checked blood sugar as well and after having 1cup of rice krispies in 2% milk for breakfast and a grilled cheese with low fat cheese for lunch my blood sugar was 137.
