Thu, 15 Nov 2007 16:30:08 EST Spread the Spark I've been trying to spread the spark at work and I know the HAWC is to. I'm also trying to push for the HAWC to start support groups for people with eating disorders because I really think it's over looked in the air force as you're just fat and lazy. Well I'm not lazy I'm a little chunky but I'm far from lazy. I just have an addiction to food thats hard to control sometimes. If there was just some support from outside my chain I think I could do better. I think there is no better way then to... Tue, 2 Oct 2007 16:50:44 EST I'm out............ Mon, 18 Jun 2007 00:11:52 EST I have a little off the subject question I was supose to test for staff on tuesday but my son started having diahrea at 6:00 in the morning. Do you think it’s a good idea? What about those that joined for the technical challenge and not the physical one. Since our promotion is based already on a "not so fair" system, why add the PT thing in.

I understand there are health issues at work here and that the less physically fit you are the harder it is during deployment time. Tue, 3 Apr 2007 23:42:56 EST Re-enlistment I was wondering, since it's getting close to time for me to decide, what everyone's reasons for re-enlisting were, if you don't mind sharing? This is a really tough decision for me, as A-I'm still working on my degree, B-it's nice getting a steady paycheck, and C-I'm feeling a lot of pressure from my superintendent to re-up; every time he sees me he asks about it, pretending I've never told him that it feels like time to do something different. So any advice any of you have is welcome! Wed, 7 Feb 2007 11:30:13 EST Physical Fitness 235 , as we all know, the Air Force is requiring our physical fitness to be meet standards. So I figure if there is anyone else out there that is having trouble meeting these standards and need moral support, this could be the place to come. Bring your family, tell your friends. Remember, this is not a forum to slander the military or any standards they require. You are obligated and may not debate or argue on this subject. Sat, 21 Oct 2006 09:53:25 EST
