I was wondering if anyone wanted to have a friendly June workout competition. I want it to be fair to everyone and not encourage unhealthy behavior so I was thinking tracking workout time was best, and to limit the totals you can add to the total to 90mins or so a day I think this kind of thing might make it harder so me to say "I'll skip today" even more so If I knew I couldn't make up the time later if we cap workout time by day. I think this change will be steady because as less of the previous generation believe in it the less the next generation will be taught it by their parents. So for every free thinker that expresses their views today we create a ripple effect into the future. This is how a minority group can spread to become a majority, and it looks...
