My starting weight was 210 lbs and My goal is to lose down to 135 lbs by April 6, 2013 (the big 60 for me...lol) I've been on an eating healthier plan since April 19 and thus far have lost 15 lbs. I started walking a few weeks back and so far have gotten up to 3 miles a day. My goal is to be able to walk 10 by the end of the year.
