Hi I thought that seeings at times I have a food problem that I would make a post for myself and anyone else who has a food issue of sticking to eating clean all the time... that maybe we could make each other accountable to each other and make clean eating stick to our daily diets by checking in here daily. So my weigh in day's are Saturdays, so I woke up this morning, went to the bathroom, and stepped on the scale. I was expecting to do well because I have worked REALLY hard this week, but I had a 3 pound gain! <BR> <BR> So then about 6 hours later, after eating and exercising, I stepped on again, just to see what it said, and I was back down 3 pounds. <BR> <BR> Do I need a new scale? Cardio is easy, but strength training...not so much! 9 times out of 10, I do workout videos that are on Demand through my TV, and I try to mix it up.
