And while I can agree with this, it feels like most of the recipes on this website have honey, brown sugar, or regular sugar enough that he hates it. What doesn't have sugar or honey has tomatoes, which I am allergic to. I hate spending lots of time making food that only I'm going to eat, but it's really hard ... Such as; I got through Day 3 with better form. Or I got to Day 7, and my breathing was easier. I myself am on Day 3, and I noticed that though my body is sore, I still feel energized after the workout. Enough so that I spent all my energy on more videos. What have you noticed already? Tue, 17 Dec 2013 09:15:27 EST Week one, Day one Good morning all, is anyone else on day 1 week 1? 334 Mon, 16 Dec 2013 09:02:12 EST Week 1 - Day 7 Oh my gosh, this was suppose to be for my back, but all it did was hurt my back and neck. I must be going in wrong, as Coach Nicole wouldn't have me doing anything that would hurt me. I'll definitely have to frequent this one, to build up my back muscles.

Be blessed,

- Nancy Jean -
GA Sat, 14 Dec 2013 20:16:14 EST Week 1 - Day 6 Okay, so now we're on to the arms! Toning with weights is exactly what I need to get rid of my bat wings! LOL I though I would sail through using my 4 lb. weight the whole, but when Nicole, herself, switched to a smaller weight during the workout, I knew I had better follow suit.

Be blessed,

- Nancy Jean -
GA Sat, 14 Dec 2013 20:14:20 EST Week 1 - Day 5 This workout was a real killer for the legs, but I need it badly. I'm saving all of these exercises, so I can go back and do them again.

Be blessed,

- Nancy Jean -
GA Sat, 14 Dec 2013 20:12:12 EST Getting my life together My goal is to lose 45 pounds. On day 4 of bootcamp- the videos are great- feelin a bit stronger already. For cardio, I have been doing power walking videos- hoping to get outside and walk today as it is finally warming up here in Colorado! Wed, 11 Dec 2013 14:51:21 EST Week 1 - Day 4 I had forgotten what day I was on, and I did day 3 over again, which was just fine, as I sure needed it. As for day 4, I had a bit of a challenge with the balancing, when I was raising the knees to the elbows. I had to go slower than Nicole, but it's okay, as we got it done, TOGETHER!!!

Be blessed,

- Nancy Jean -
GA Tue, 10 Dec 2013 23:47:34 EST Week 1 - Day 3 I must be doing something right, as this workout was very easy to do. In fact, it seemed too simple, but I know that Coach Nicole, wouldn't have me doing something that wouldn't benefit me. I enjoyed this workout, very much. However, I know I'm working up to something, but at this stage of the challenge, I'll just bide my time and wait for things to unfold. There's no use in me borrowing from sometime in the future, as we're not promised that!

Be blessed,

- Nancy Jea... Tue, 10 Dec 2013 23:44:44 EST Week 1 - Day 2 I usually take Sunday's off, since I workout the rest of the week, but since I'm in bootcamp, I'll do the minimum on Sunday's.

The day two video, asked for weights, if we had them, and felt like we could use them, so naturally I got my weights in my hand, and when I started exercising with Nicole, I was all over the place. No matter how hard I tried, I was falling over, to one side or the other. So later in the day, I tried the video without the weights. It was easier to keep my... Yesterday I did good on day one although I had to use the modifications in the cardio kickboxing. I also did a 2 mile Leslie Sansone 30 minute walk, and after both of those things I was definitely working up a sweat. I feel like when I'm actually just walking at home or on the treadmill I make it too leisurely for myself, and this actua... Tue, 29 Oct 2013 08:32:46 EST I'm new to the team My name is Tara and I'm ready to re-commit to exercise. So, I believe that I need a bit of accountability to help me get my exercising and eating habit back on track! I am trying something different and I've done strength training in the past and I know that I need it. So, here I am- ready to do this!
521 Mon, 28 Oct 2013 11:25:42 EST Iam Back Today I decided no more excuses... I am ready to get this unwanted weight off and learn how to keep it off. Mon, 28 Oct 2013 09:47:32 EST Hi everyone!!!! Hi all. I am super excited to start this week. My goals are to workout everyday and to continue tracking my food every day. I decided last week to give myself one cheat day a week. I actually write down my food goals each day in a journal I keep in my purse. It helped SO MUCH! I had my cheat day yesterday, and while I did eat wine and have a piece of flourless chocolate cake, overall I didnt overdo it...and it was so much easier than I would have thought.
So, goals.
1 Keep track of... Sat, 26 Oct 2013 10:09:25 EST Getting back in shape So, I just ordered the spark activity tracker, on Manday I started tracking (consistently) my food and exercise. I used to be in AMAZING shape, a muscle line down my stomach, great arms, just in great shape. That was 10 years ago, and along the way I gained 50 lbs and just grew apathetic about working out. Probably because, in my youth, genetics were kind to me and allowed me to be fit with minimal work. Now here I am, more than 50 lbs overweight and no longer apathetic, but upset at what I h... From Pisceschild Good afternoon, my name is Starr. I've been receiving spark messages for quite some time but have been shy to join conversations or even challenges. Well here i am. I had lost most of my weight and gained back more Than ten pounds and just have not seemed to be able to get on track, what with additional family stress at this time. I know that's an excuse and I don't believe in excuses ( even though I have been known to use them) so I am here to be held accountable and to be accountable. ...
