SparkPeople Official 28-Day Bootcamp Workout Challenge Team Messageboard Hello!! Hello my name is Lori and I am a mother of a nine year old boy, three year old boy and a one year old little girl. Having three kids, a husband and a full time job keeps me busy. So I often use the excuse of "I don't have time to exercise." I need to become healthier for my family and most importantly myself. So I joined this group . I am ready to work out and most of all I am ready to stop with the excuses. I do have time to exercise and I can eat healthy. Positive thinking from now on... Sun, 1 Mar 2015 22:49:12 EST April 18, 2015 I want to lose 15 pounds by April 18 to go to a wedding. Sat, 28 Feb 2015 12:09:03 EST Hello everyone Hi everyone,

My name is Charles. I'm 34 years old and getting married in August. I'm just trying to get in better shape before the wedding and in general. I've already lost some weight just by changing my diet, now i'm trying to incorporate some exercise too. Mon, 23 Feb 2015 07:41:26 EST I'm new here! I know they say it takes 21 days to form a habit. I'm trying to commit myself to working out daily for 28 days straight, just 10 minutes a day. Hopefully this habit sticks.

I'm hoping to get some weight loss and toning out of it, and hopefully lay the foundation for a healthy lifestyle that I can maintain consistently after the challenge is over! Thu, 19 Feb 2015 10:19:11 EST Returning Home to America I am returning to America from Japan, where I have been living for the past two years. The stress of moving internationally and saying goodbye is intense, so I am hoping that with ten minutes of exercise a day and the thirty minutes of cardio I can keep it under control and enjoy my last month in Japan. Thu, 19 Feb 2015 05:33:02 EST new goals My new goals are to use this motivation to complete the challenge workout videos and cardio on time! I want to put 100% effort into each workout to see some results. Mon, 16 Feb 2015 20:41:27 EST fresh start Hello all! I am looking for a fresh start...I thought this boot camp challenge looked fun and motivating. Starting tomorrow! Mon, 16 Feb 2015 20:32:58 EST Share my goals I started this challenge last Tuesday, but I didn't get in any of the videos. So I am starting over. Day 1 today. My goals are to be consistent, change my eating habits, and be healthier. Sun, 15 Feb 2015 06:41:08 EST sharing my goals I did the January challenge and lost 10 lbs. Since then, I haven't done much exercising. My goal is to lose another 10 lbs in this challenge and hopefully keep in the habit of exercising once this challenge is over. Doing these challenges helps keep me accountable. I also really like the videos. Tue, 10 Feb 2015 15:50:23 EST Hi! I'm Laura I am looking to add some Spark friends to keep me motivated! I am hoping to drop 10lbs, keep running, get stronger and feel healthy. I like to run on my own and take classes at the gym (pilates, zumba, bootcamp). I log on daily and track my food and exercise.

I am hoping to find some similarly motivated friends! Sun, 8 Feb 2015 19:37:27 EST Continuing Fitness I just finished Beach Body's 21 Day Fix, and I wanted to find something else to keep me accountable. I may do another round of the fix later, but I saw this and thought it would be helpful with a variety of workouts and a schedule to follow. Someone told me that it may take 8 weeks of consistent exercise to see results, so with the fix and now this, I am hoping to look great for my 26th birthday! :) Sun, 1 Feb 2015 20:36:53 EST a brand new start The moves look great but I am sure they will be challenging but I have decided to start tonight, I will do it after my taebo workout. Wish me luck Wed, 28 Jan 2015 09:44:42 EST Goal My goal is to be healthier and find a new workout routine that I can stick to! Tue, 27 Jan 2015 09:50:05 EST Goals: mini-habits My goal is to do the workout videos every day and to go for a 10-minute walk every day. If the weather doesn't permit walking, I'll workout for 10 mins to a cardio video indoors. The reason I am only committing to 10 minutes is because I know that I can do that everyday. It doesn't intimidate me. If I do more (and I probably will), great! If I only do the 10 minutes, I will have attained my goal for the day and consistent success in maintaining my mini-habits will help me to increase my time ... And while I can agree with this, it feels like most of the recipes on this website have honey, brown sugar, or regular sugar enough that he hates it. What doesn't have sugar or honey has tomatoes, which I am allergic to. I hate spending lots of time making food that only I'm going to eat, but it's really hard ... Thu, 9 Jan 2014 15:01:48 EST Getting in shape after baby My name is Tahera and i need to get in shape and tone everywhere! Currently the only exercise i get is running after my daughters, and i still eat anything and everything i want even though i'm not pregnant anymore.

I'm hoping that the bootcamp helps me exercise more - it's easier to talk myself into following the videos instead of going to the gym. I plan on doing the exercises while my baby is eating in her high chair - hopefully it'll keep her entertained enough to sit and eat! Mon, 6 Jan 2014 12:52:35 EST Intro Restarting with SP and looking forward to working through this challenge to develop/reinforce some good habits! 41 Mon, 6 Jan 2014 09:34:34 EST Noticing results yet? Such as; I got through Day 3 with better form. Or I got to Day 7, and my breathing was easier. I myself am on Day 3, and I noticed that though my body is sore, I still feel energized after the workout. Enough so that I spent all my energy on more videos. What have you noticed already?
