I can't fit in anymore exercise into my day. I don't want to over train. I am taking a close look at what I eat to see what I can do to lose more weight and keep it off. I find that what works for me is often more extreme than what I have needed to do in the past. Yet, the medicine works and I thank God for that. I have been down this road before. I lost 24 pounds with a lot of work, but with medical issues and such when I stepped on the scale at the end of Dec I realized I had gained it all back plus a few extra.
