I've still been trying to eat decently, although a little over my calories. I grilled 2 chicken breasts with alittle salt and some Ms. Dash spicy spice. I also grilled one corn on the cob at the same time in the husk. While that was grilling, I diced up a serano pepper and some mexican peppers. You could probably use anaheim or anything really, depending on the spice you wanted. I went for breakfast with my girl friend, as usual, but we always share one order. Food wise, I stayed on track all day. <BR> I decided to do the dice challenge, and that was fun. I ended up needing to do 90 min of cardio. I got an hour walk in with my dog; and it is a good route with nearly a mile of hills.
