Mon, 20 Aug 2012 13:40:00 EST Feels Like I'm Going to Stray Today I went to the grocery store to get something (plus a water). I used some cash and I was going to use my debit for the rest. Come to find out that my account was overdrawn a significant amount. Needless to say, I was (am) pissed off. My husband was a little more naive to how much we actually had. I was more careful this time. Anyway, I walked home (2.13 miles round trip) and wondered what the hell happened. Maybe I need to do some more exercise to get rid of this anger and stuff I have.... I have been reading through the SparkPeople information, and I really want to work the full content of the tools so that I can reach my goal weight. I have never blogged, and I work a very strenuous job, but I plan to take advantage of this. Now being 50+ with grown children and 80 lbs over weight, it is time to take care of me. Food is my comfort, it makes everything alright...well for that moment anyway.
