I was born in MN (Clearbrook )so that caught my eye and of course TOPS was very clear. I am and have been, in CA since 1938. I was with TOPS for many years until I and my husband's health kept me from attending. I was leader for three years and got to be KOPS shortly before I left. My first step is to drink water. I have started a daily walk as of today. I didn't get very far but it was a walk. Now I need to keep at it until I reach my goals.
