My son is 13 months old and I weigh 58 pounds more than I did before starting SP forever ago. I must meet my goal this time, I'm tired of being out of energy and winded all the time. I just joined SparkPeople and I'm actually enjoying tracking my food. I manage my food intake fairly well during the week but with the lack of structure that I have over the weekend as compared to the week, I have a hard time sticking with a program. One change that I've made to help with this is weighing in on Monday. This does help keep me a little more motivated and on track, but I was wondering if anyone had any other strategies that they use to stay focused and on target over the weekends. Mon, 21 Jan 2008 22:34:18 EST What holds you back? I'm new here and have been soul-searching for 1 week now. I used to weigh 135 pounds. I wore a size 7 and felt so good.
