I do not want to end up gaining it all back! I dabbled in Weight Watchers but wont stick with it faithfully. For some reason, Nutrisystem is easy for me to stick with. I am promising myself that I will stick with it, no flexing, until I drop 25 pounds. Then I'll start flexing.

Anyone else starting over? I started 1/19/12 and followed it for 2 weeks and lost very little. I got discouraged and stopped planning my meals and didn't exercise. I have received my 2nd month's food and feel like I just can't deal with the sweets in the morning.

I haven't talked to Nutrisystem. I'm "restarting" March 1. I have a problem with sticking to a certain plan for very long if I don't enjoy the food. Wish I had looked earlier. I just ordered the Nutrisystem 28 day week-ends off program in January as a jump start to a healthy eating/weight loss program. I thought it would be a good way to get me started by having the correct food on hand. With my husband's work schedule there are many days that I have to prepare just for myself, and I always found myself going through a drive-thru some place and ending up with an order of frie... I find that I am taking in between 1,100 and 1,300 calories per day even with adding the extra carb and protein you need if your 100 pounds overweight. I tend not have any extras unless I eat a salad then the salad dressing and sunflower seeds boost the calories some. I have a tendency to not eat anything that requires a lot of preparation. I am eating four veggies, but they are usually carrots, cucumbers and celery. ...
