I have been doing THM since the beginning of the year and have lost 17 lbs and am down 23 lbs since having my daughter in April 2014. It is slow going. My goal is 7 more lbs!!! He was out of work for almost 4 months but now he has a job. In the 4 months that my hubby was out of work my eating has been out of wack. I havent been able to exercise either.
